Existing customer, and moving home?

Are you an existing Bright Spark Power customer who is moving home?

This is what you need to do to transfer your service.

 

1. Login to your customer portal, order a new service for your new address.

 

2. Call us on 1300 010 277 8am-6pm weekdays or email support@brightsparkpower.com.au and tell us the date you would like your service at the old address to cease.

That's all you need to do to let us know you'll be moving house and transferring your electricity service.
